Our Role
Providing coordinated mechanical and electrical design support

Design Foundry were appointed by Legendre to provide MEP design support for Horizon, a major waterside residential development in St. Helier, Jersey, comprising 280 new homes.

The scheme required a coordinated mechanical and electrical design approach suitable for a large-scale, high-density residential development, with careful consideration given to its prominent waterfront setting and long-term operational performance.

Our role was to support the development of a robust and compliant MEP design, aligned with the wider project objectives and programme, and coordinated with the wider design team.

Horizon demonstrates Design Foundry’s experience in supporting complex, large-scale residential developments in prominent locations. Through a coordinated and considered MEP design approach, we helped establish a strong technical foundation for delivery.

Our involvement ensured the MEP strategy supported buildability, compliance, and long-term performance, enabling the scheme to be confidently progressed as the project moved forward.
